Yuga Begs to Differ...

No! We are not the smartest humans ever!

They say the Kali Yuga just ended.

That’s one interpretation, anyway. According to researcher Bibhu Dev Misra, March 21, 2025, marked the end of a 2,700-year cycle of spiritual decline and disintegration. He bases it on ancient astronomical systems and the movement of the Saptarshi constellation—pointing to this date as the close of the age.

Others disagree. Some traditions say the Kali Yuga will last another 426,000 years. The only consensus is that there's no consensus.

What’s clear is this: we’re in a volatile moment. Either still inside the age of darkness or stepping just beyond its edge, and here is the point I wish to make…

We are still in, or literally 1 second past the midnight of the Kali Yuga.

And here is the irony, ( DUD DUH DUHHHHHHHH!!!!)

We think with our technology that we are the smartest man has ever been!!!

We think we’re at the peak!!!

With our satellites, our algorithms, our AI-generated art and gene-editing tools, we assume we’re the most advanced human beings who’ve ever lived.

But if we are still in the Kali Yuga—or just barely crawling out of it—then we’re seeing the world with Kali Yuga brain: fractured attention, shallow reasoning, and spiritual amnesia.

In other words, we may be the most technologically advanced and also a few brain cells shy of being the least wise humans that have been on the planet in 4,320,000 years!!!

Put that in your pipe and smoke it : )

Now if you think I am smoking on a pipe myself the hallmarks of the Kali Yuga are that truth is rare, deception is common, and chaos spreads. Sounds familiar!

Kali Yuga brain means we mistake noise for knowledge. It means we build machines we can’t control, and destroy systems we don’t understand. It means we forgot how to listen to nature, to myth, to the deeper rhythms of reality.

So while we pride ourselves on being at the top of the pyramid, it’s possible we’re actually scraping the bottom of the barrel.

And speaking of pyramids…this is why the whole ancient Egyptian thing is SO IMPORTANT! They did not have Kali Yuga Brain!!

Many esoteric thinkers argue that:

• The traditional dating of the Yuga cycles may not be literal

• Egypt, particularly in its earliest dynastic and pre-dynastic forms, may have emerged during the late Dvapara Yuga or early Kali Yuga, when knowledge was declining but still accessible

• This would place ancient Egypt as a bridge civilization:
  → Not in the Golden Age (Satya Yuga)
  → But still carrying echoes of it—retaining fragments of higher knowledge

This helps explain:

• Their obsession with order (Maat) and cosmic balance

• Their temple sciences, sacred geometry, and deep engagement with the afterlife

• Their view of pharaohs as god-kings mediating between heaven and earth

Now If we push civilization further back into John Anthony West territory, into the pre-deluge era, here's how it maps:

🪐 Satya Yuga (The Golden Age)

• Duration: 1,728,000 years

• Characteristics: Absolute harmony with nature and cosmos, telepathic communication, no need for written language or external governance, spiritual mastery taken for granted.

• Corresponding mythic echoes:

  • Atlantis in its highest phase (as described by Plato and Theosophists)

  • Lemuria or Mu as a spiritual civilization with non-physical mastery

  • Biblical Eden

  • Zep Tepi in Egyptian mythology (“The First Time”)

In this view, the antediluvian ancestor race was not just “more advanced”—they lived in a different mode of being altogether: consciousness-centered, energy-aware, possibly interdimensional.

Instead of being a civilization at the end—or near-end—of a dark age, we act like we’re at the pinnacle of human achievement. Drunk on our own cleverness, blinded by our gadgets and metrics, we forget that people in earlier Yugas—higher ages of consciousness—would appear to us like aliens. Their minds, perceptions, and capacities would be incomprehensible by today's standards.

Which is exactly why, whenever evidence surfaces of astonishing ancient engineering or advanced knowledge buried in the past, the literal peanut gallery—too stupid to realize how little they know—delights in scoffing. They mock what they cannot grasp.

And so the past remains misunderstood—not because it lacks wonder, but because our civilization lacks the imagination to perceive it.

Do not get me wrong..I am still waiting for more evidence on the Kafre discovery but let me honest…with Kali Yuga Brain would we really grok it anyway???? Really???

Thomas Joseph Brown—one of the biggest brains I know—was here when all this was going down, which is why I’m late writing this article. Oh, and Women of Wisdom (which is AMAZING, by the way! Huge props to the ladies—wow).
Anyway… we were deep in conversation about how more and more people are starting to realize they’ve been running on the wrong operating system.

Clif High traces that wrong operating system back about 7,000 years—before the Babylonian bankers took over the show. He doesn’t buy the history book version of history (neither do I), but he does think we can learn a lot from early Bronze Age thinkers. According to Clif, they had a real handle on time, for one thing.

And while I’m on the subject of Kali Yuga brain—this is exactly why people think we’re nuts for believing the ancients mapped out human consciousness. Because today, we don’t even know what consciousness is. We call it “the hard problem,” like it’s some cosmic riddle. (Pssst, fellas… pro tip: maybe try dropping the materialism first. That might help.)

I guess my point is if the Kali Yuga is a thing then perhaps we need to ease up on the hubris and all the certainty we have about being the best thing since sliced bread, because,

simply,

Yuga says no…

Even if the Kali Yuga did end a few days ago, we have a long way to go baby!

Lets give those ancients some props…
